A name that harkens back to ancestral roots, ‘Mellt Glas’ is Welsh for Blue Lightning. The perfect descriptor for the vertical cobalt veins that split down the sides.  Melted Glass also defines the rim of blue that liquifies into streaks and run down the edges, 

Crafted from stabilized, spalted Broad Leaf Maple and accented with Cobalt tinted resin. 

Light and dark collide into beautiful spalting lines providing depth and contrast to this piece.
