"Checkered", a segmented vase

Checkered,  A wood and resin segmented vase 

This vessel is turned from multiple woods spaced into segments with blue resin in between. The woods include Purpleheart, Sycamore and Black Walnut.  The bottom is engraved with the date and initials of the artist
