Recent Pieces
Juniper Burl Bowl - This beautiful emerald green and Juniper burl large wood bowl has brought a lot of attention to us. A classic shape with elegant flowing lines and a wrap-around live edge highlight this piece. This commissioned work made the client extremely happy as the burl held some sentimental significance, and we were happy for him to realize his vision for this unique wood.

Mano de Dios – Very excited about this 16 x 20 all- resin abstract as it is our first structured element art. Most resin wall art is like poured acrylic, where it just goes where it flows and looks beautiful, but doesn’t convey a story. Using pre-formed creative elements followed by multiple layers, we achieved a deeply textured, almost 3 dimensional picture that is very unique in resin artwork. The various shades of colors combined with the tinted pigments play with the light and give it depth. Think of it as a cross between a glass mosaic and stained glass, painted with acrylic.
Mano di Dios (The Hand of God) shows God’s hand holding aloft the heavens and keeping them in harmony while below is humankind expressing their love. Predominant colors are red/orange with an orange frame. Secondary colors are blue with yellow highlights. Embedded in the back panel is our signature brass tag with the name, serial #, date, logo, and signature of the artist. You can view this piece at the Sticks and Stones showing.

Strawberry Swirl - Just putting the finishing touches on this large spalted Maple burl and resin bowl. Featuring a gorgeous piece of burl, with yellow, brown, orange and black figuring. The wood is wrapped in transparent strawberry colored resin with concentric cream colored vertical swirls around the walls. Topping off the rim is a layer of opaque cream coloring. This truly eye-catching piece would look awesome in any home. Check our website soon for more photos and story!

Works in Progress
Here are some pieces we are still working on and will soon be completed. Will publish photos and story once we are done. Let us know if you have an item you’d like created for you!
Southern Pine table - We are working on finishing up an old Southern Yellow Pine slab for a commissioned coffee table. This slab started its life as a ramp to move motorcycles in and out of the customers truck and will now take a spot in their home as a place to sit and talk about motorcycles! We are maintaining its rustic charm and live edge and complimenting it with very Unique legs. Most companies that make live edge or river tables will use 3rd party off-the-shelf steel legs. We design and build our steel legs in-house to meld with the top and be truly one-of-a-kind! Let us know if we can build a custom table for you?
Cubik Rayn - This is our next all resin abstract featuring texturing and layering completing a colorful cohesive image. Utilizing color shifting pigments and some cutting edge texturing techniques, this will be a very cool piece. Think of iridescent cubes, rayning from the sky.
Looking Forward
Imagining, Innovating and Improvising.
Pushing the envelope in a new artistic medium sometimes calls for tools that don’t exist. So we are working on designing and building new molds for larger and thicker slabs. We are also increasing the efficiency of our proprietary horizontal vacuum chamber. This allows us to stabilize large slabs of wood and pull the colored resin deep into the grain. In addition in our spare time we are building an apparatus to make Chladni Images in resin. These use high frequencies to organize a medium into intricate geometric patterns. Imagine a 3D multicolored Spirograph image in resin. This is something that no one else is doing and is truly Unique!
